When my doctor told me that I needed to take better care of my health, I was reminded that some friends of mine have been dancing with Rachel for years and had many positive things to say. I immediately fell in love with her classes! I am inspired by Rachel's energy and the friendliness of the group. I've only done one session so far, but it will certainly not be my last, and I'm going to add another class so that I can go twice a week instead of once. Can't wait to dance outside!
